Ky-ManiThe third album of his untitled debut is near completion, Ky-mani Marley is certainly a major star in his own right. Ky-mani Marley was born the father of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis player) as well as Anita Belnavis (a Jamaican woman who won several titles) in February 26, 1976 in Falmouth. Ky-mani refers to an East African term meaning adventurous traveler, and as someone who lives in the spirit of his name Every album, and every travel has been an adventure. The Journey was his first music venture. A multi-faceted vision, Ky-mani was looking for his own niche, roaming the musical spectrum, exploring his many talent. As of 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) is a "traditional" reggae record was out, which revealed a more mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads, as in addition to The Journey The Journey, received a warm reception across the globe and established Kymani's character as an self-made "artist". Ky-Mani's musical style is one of roots reggae , interspersed by hip-hop R&B in addition to contemporary jazz.
